Troubleshooting
Drive not recognized by the computer
Check the Thunderbolt 3 cable connection, try a different Thunderbolt 3 port, and ensure the drive is powered on. Also, verify that the operating system supports the drive.
Slow transfer speeds
Verify the Thunderbolt 3 cable is securely connected and that you are using a Thunderbolt 3 port. Check the RAID configuration and ensure it is optimized for your workflow. Also, ensure there are no other devices competing for bandwidth on the Thunderbolt bus.
Drive overheating
Ensure the drive has adequate ventilation. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or enclosed spaces during operation. Reduce the workload if the drive consistently overheats.
Data loss or corruption
Always back up your data regularly. In case of data loss, try using data recovery software or services. Avoid abruptly disconnecting the drive during data transfer.
