Troubleshooting
Walker moves too quickly.
Ensure the speed-control wheels are properly tucked in their 'slow' position. Check the product manual for specific instructions on adjusting the wheel settings.
T-bar is difficult to reverse or adjust.
Verify that no part of the walker is obstructed. Apply gentle, steady pressure. Ensure the locking mechanism for the T-bar is fully disengaged before attempting to switch modes.
Wheels are not rolling smoothly.
Inspect the wheels for any trapped debris, hair, or small objects. Clean the wheels and the surrounding area. The TPE wheels are durable but can be affected by excessive dirt.
In-seat storage compartment is stuck.
Gently check for any items inside that might be blocking the compartment lid or door. Ensure the compartment is empty and try again.
