FAQs

How do I use the hOn app?

Download and install the hOn app, connect your dishwasher via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and then follow the in-app instructions to control cycles, monitor energy usage, and use the Washing-Lens feature.

How often should I clean the filters?

It is recommended to clean the filters after each wash cycle, or at least once a week, to maintain optimal performance.

What kind of detergent should I use?

Use a dishwasher detergent specifically designed for automatic dishwashers. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions for dosage.

What is the purpose of the salt and rinse aid?

Salt softens the water to prevent limescale buildup, and rinse aid helps with drying and prevents water spots.

How do I adjust the upper basket?

The upper basket can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate larger items in the lower basket. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions.

What does the floor light indicate?

The floor light reflects the cycle’s status on the floor, so users can avoid opening the door before washing is over.

What is the warranty period?

The dishwasher comes with a 5-year labour and 10-year parts warranty.

How does the automatic door opening system work?

The door automatically opens slightly after the drying cycle to allow air circulation and natural drying of the dishes.

Troubleshooting

Dishwasher not starting

Check the power supply, ensure the door is closed properly, and verify the start delay timer isn't activated.

Dishes not clean

Check the spray arms for blockages, ensure the detergent dispenser is working, and select a more intensive wash cycle if needed. Ensure the water temperature is appropriate for the selected cycle.

Dishwasher leaking

Check the door seal for damage, inspect the water supply and drain hoses for leaks, and ensure the dishwasher is level.

hOn app not connecting

Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your device, check your network connection, and try restarting the dishwasher and the app.

Detergent not dispensing

Ensure the detergent dispenser is clean and free of residue. Use the recommended type of detergent. Check the water pressure.
