Ideal for preparing traditional Moroccan dishes. Suitable for use on all types of cooker, including induction hobs, as well in the oven or on the barbeque. Smooth base for gentle use on sensitive hobs. Energy-efficient cooking, thanks to the special material properties of cast iron. Dimensions with lid (LxH): 20 x 28 cm, base diameter: 18.8 cm. Weight: 3.4 kg, capacity: 2 l, base thickness: 0.40 cm. It can be used for searing meat in the cast iron base. Add spices and vegetables and continue to braise in the oven covered with the ceramic lid. Suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, can also be used in the oven/grill.
