Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, inflate the ball to the manufacturer-recommended pressure (typically 0.8–1.0 bar). Use a needle lubricated with silicone oil or glycerin to prevent damage to the valve. After use, wipe the ball with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt or debris. Avoid storing the ball in extreme temperatures or leaving it submerged in water for extended periods. For transport, it is recommended to keep the ball in a breathable mesh bag rather than a sealed plastic container to allow residual moisture to evaporate.
