FAQs
Is the smoke produced by the wand safe?
Yes, the smoke effect is designed specifically for children's toys and is safe for indoor use.
Can I use any bubble solution with this wand?
It is recommended to use the solution provided or a high-quality equivalent to ensure the best smoke-bubble consistency.
Are the gloves washable?
Lightly hand-wash the gloves if necessary, but ensure they are completely dry before using them again, as moisture will make the bubbles pop.
How many players can use the wand at once?
While the wand is operated by one person, it is perfect for group play where multiple children use the gloves to catch the bubbles.
Does the wand require batteries?
Yes, the device requires batteries to power the smoke generation mechanism; check the packaging for specific battery size requirements.
Troubleshooting
No smoke is visible in the bubbles
Ensure the smoke generation chamber is not blocked and that the device has fresh batteries.
Bubbles are popping immediately upon leaving the wand
Check that the bubble solution reservoir is correctly filled and verify that the wand tip is not damaged.
Gloves are not catching bubbles effectively
Ensure gloves are completely clean and dry; any residue or moisture on the gloves can cause the bubbles to pop on contact.
