Aluminium oxide for belts. 20% longer lasting than conventional abrasive. Suitable for wood, painted surfaces, metal and plaster. Rapid stock removal. Open coating for excellent dust removal. Double bonded with resin over resin for durability. Fibre reinforced tape welded butt joint ensures smooth running and fast fitment, saving time and increasing productivity. Belts are bi-directional for faster, easier fitment and reduced downtime. Belt joint strength is 1700 N. Tear resistant x-weight polyester backing provides long-lasting sanding and durability. Belt size: 75mm x 457mm. Trend Abrasives increase productivity and give a high-quality finish. Fits all main brand sanders including DeWalt, Makita, Metabo, Bosch and Milwaukee. High-performance Sanding Belts with highly durable aluminium oxide grit that maintains performance and gives 3x longer life than conventional abrasives. Two layers of resin keep the abrasive grit firmly bonded to the backer for increased lifespan. It has a heavyweight polyester backing that resists tearing and fraying in use. An anti-clogging open coat reduces clogging and allows for faster stock removal, especially on gummy, resinous timbers, fillers and paint removal. It has a fibre-reinforced tape welded butt joint for maximum joint strength and it also ensures smooth bump-free sanding. Ideal for fast stock and paint removal, shaping, flattening stock, levelling and cleaning back floorboards.
