Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare your fabric, it is recommended to pre-wash it at 40 degrees Celsius, which helps settle the fibers. When cutting, always mark your pattern pieces on the reverse side to avoid blunting your scissors on the pile. Use a universal needle (size 80/12 or 90/14) and a slightly longer stitch length (approx 3mm) to accommodate the fabric's thickness. For care, this fabric is machine washable at 40 degrees; avoid using bleach or high-heat tumble drying, as this can degrade the soft texture of the sherpa finish. Air drying is recommended to extend the longevity of the fleece surface.
