For hygiene and safety reasons, it's recommended to replace soothers every 1-2 months. You should also replace it immediately at the first sign of damage, such as tears, stickiness, or discoloration, regardless of its age.

While some parts might be dishwasher safe, it's generally not recommended for the teat itself as harsh detergents and high temperatures can damage the silicone. For best results and longevity, hand wash with mild soap and sterilise using the provided self-sterilising case or other recommended methods.

The self-sterilising case provides a quick and convenient way to sterilise soothers. You simply add 25ml of water to the case, place the soother inside, close it, and microwave for 3 minutes (at 750-1000 watts). This steam sterilisation process effectively cleans the soother on the go.

Yes, the easy-grip handle is made from the same 100% medical-grade silicone as the teat and is safe for your baby to touch and mouth. However, always supervise your baby when using a soother, especially if they are actively chewing on it.

Patience is key. Try offering the soother during calm moments, like after feeding or before sleep. Sometimes, trying different angles or gently guiding it into their mouth can help. If your baby consistently rejects it, consult with your pediatrician.

Ensure the soother is the correct size for your baby's age.
