Crafted from high-grade brass with a durable polished chrome finish, this valve is designed for excellence in components, build quality, and ease of installation and maintenance. It features a single cast body and a built-in anti-scald device, ensuring no more fluctuating water temperatures. The valve has a 1/2" outlet diameter and 3/4" hot/cold inlets, with adaptors to 1/2" included. The distance between connections is 150mm. For optimal performance, a water pressure of at least 0.5 bar is required, with 1.0 bar recommended. This can be achieved with various water systems including combination boilers, gravity-fed systems (with a pump), Megaflow, pumped hot water systems, un-vented hot water systems, and standard pressurized hot water cylinder systems. The shower valve also includes a smart anti-scald feature that automatically shuts off the shower if the cold water supply fails, with a pre-set temperature of 38 degrees Celsius and an override function. It comes with a 1-year guarantee for peace of mind.
