You should use a dry, soft-bristled brush or compressed air to dust the raffia; avoid using water or household cleaning chemicals.
The lamp is constructed from a combination of natural raffia and steel.
Yes, as long as the smart bulb fits the standard socket type of the lamp and stays within the rated wattage.
Verify that the bulb is screwed in tightly and that the power cord is securely connected to a functional wall outlet.
Ensure the bulb being used is compatible with the lamp's socket and is not loose; if the problem persists, try a different bulb.
Setup for the Mongu 1 is straightforward: simply place the lamp on a flat, stable surface and install a compatible light bulb into the socket. Because the lamp uses an open design, ensure that the bulb wattage does not exceed the manufacturer's recommended limit for the socket. Regarding care, the steel components can be wiped down with a dry, lint-free cloth. The raffia material should be kept away from excessive moisture and cleaned primarily with a gentle dusting using a dry soft-bristled brush or compressed air to keep the texture looking fresh.
