FAQs
Can I use these pans on a gas stove?
Yes, they are compatible with gas, electric, and induction hobs, though they are specifically optimized for Bosch FlexInduction systems.
Are the glass lids dishwasher safe?
While the glass lids are durable, hand washing is recommended to maintain the clarity of the glass and the integrity of the rim seals.
What is the maximum oven temperature?
The pans are oven-safe up to 220°C. Do not put the lids in the oven.
Do I really need to use the protective felts?
Yes, using the felts is highly recommended to protect the non-stick coating from scratches caused by the bottom of other pans when stacked.
Can I use metal spatulas?
No, metal utensils can scratch and damage the non-stick coating. Please use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils.
Troubleshooting
Food is starting to stick to the pan
Ensure you are not using high heat settings, as this can degrade the non-stick surface. Clean thoroughly with mild soap and avoid abrasive scrubbers.
Pan is wobbling on the hob
Check the underside of the pan for debris or burnt-on food residue. If the pan is clean and still wobbles, inspect the hob surface for levelness.
Protective felts have become dirty
The felts can typically be hand-washed in cool water and air-dried; do not place them in a clothes dryer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your Bosch HEZ9FF030 set involves minimal effort. Before the first use, it is recommended to wash the pans in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. The set is fully compatible with all induction cooktops, particularly Bosch FlexInduction models.
To ensure the longevity of the 3-layer non-stick coating:
- Hand washing is preferred: While some non-stick pans claim dishwasher safety, manual cleaning with a soft sponge and mild detergent preserves the coating significantly longer.
- Avoid metal utensils: Always use silicone, plastic, or wooden tools to prevent scratching the surface.
- Storage: Always place the provided protective felts between pans before nesting them to avoid contact damage.
- Oven Usage: Only place the metal pan portion in the oven. Remove glass lids before heating to avoid shattering or damaging the seals.
