FAQs
What are the dimensions of the Softex baskets?
The Softex baskets come in a range of different sizes. Please refer to the product packaging or listing for specific dimensions of each available size.
Are these baskets stackable?
While designed to be placed independently or side-by-side, they are not primarily designed for stacking directly on top of each other without a stable base, to maintain the geometric design's integrity and stability.
Can I use these baskets outdoors?
The Softex baskets are intended for indoor use. Exposure to direct sunlight and weather elements may cause discoloration and material degradation.
What material are the Softex baskets made from?
The baskets are made from a durable plastic material designed to mimic a softer texture with its geometric pattern.
How do I clean the baskets if they get dirty?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For more stubborn dirt, use a mild soap and water solution, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
Is the white color prone to yellowing?
The white material is designed for durability. To prevent yellowing, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and clean regularly.
Troubleshooting
Basket arrived with minor cosmetic imperfections.
Wipe the affected area with a damp cloth. Minor surface variations are typical of textured finishes.
Basket feels less rigid than expected.
Ensure the basket is on a flat surface. If storing lighter items, it may appear less rigid than when filled. For heavier items, consider using the larger or sturdier variants.
Difficulty cleaning stubborn marks.
Try a very mild soap solution with a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These baskets require no assembly. Simply remove them from their packaging and place them in your desired location.
Compatibility: The Softex baskets are designed for general household use. They are compatible with most shelving units, cabinets, and floor spaces. While they are suitable for various rooms, consider the humidity levels in bathrooms if storing moisture-sensitive items.
Care: To maintain the appearance and hygiene of your Softex baskets, regular cleaning is recommended. Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a clean, damp cloth to remove residue. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the material and finish. Ensure the baskets are dry before storing items inside.
