Whether you’re sealing around windows, doors, or filling gaps and cracks, this high-quality sealant ensures a durable, mould-resistant, and paint-friendly finish. Its water-based formula allows for quick and easy application, while its powerful fungicide protects against mould growth, making it a perfect choice for a range of projects. Specifications: Tooling Time: 5–10 minutes. Skin Formation: 15–60 minutes, depending on conditions. Full Cure Time: 3–5 days, influenced by thickness, temperature, and humidity. Application Temperature: +5°C to +30°C. Service Temperature: -15°C to +75°C. Coverage: Approx. 10 linear meters per 290ml cartridge with a 6mm bead. Movement Capability: Low to medium (+/- 7.5%). Shore A Hardness: Approx. 22. Colour: White Cartridge Type: EU3 Cartridge. How to Use: 1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or loose particles. For highly porous materials, apply a Bond It PVA primer. 2. Apply the Sealant: Use a standard sealant gun, cutting the nozzle at a 45° angle for precise application. 3. Smooth & Finish: Smooth the sealant with a wetted spatula or tool within 10 minutes. Avoid oversaturating with water during this process. 4.
