The Faithfull Flush Trimmer is designed for professional tradesmen, woodworkers, and DIY enthusiasts who require precision when trimming edges and lippings on various materials. It delivers a high-quality finish on timber, MDF, plywood, and plastic laminates, though users should note that the tungsten carbide tips require careful handling to avoid chipping during high-impact cuts.

Yes, the tungsten carbide tips are specifically designed to handle the density of hardwood as well as MDF, plywood, and laminates.
Yes, the bearing is a wear part and can be replaced if it becomes loose or fails to rotate smoothly over time.
Use a dedicated router bit cleaner or a household resin remover and a soft brush to gently remove deposits from the flutes.
The bearing acts as the guide against a template or a flush reference edge, allowing you to replicate the shape of the edge exactly.
Tungsten carbide is significantly harder and more heat-resistant than High-Speed Steel (HSS), resulting in a longer lifespan and better edge retention.
Reduce the feed rate or increase the router speed, or check if the bit has become dull and requires cleaning or replacement.
Check if the bearing is stuck or clogged with debris, and ensure the router base is held perfectly flat against the reference surface.
To ensure optimal performance, verify that the router bit shank is fully inserted into the collet of your router and tightened securely. Always inspect the bearing before use; ensure it rotates freely and is free of resin or debris. To maintain the tool, clean the cutter periodically with a specialized resin remover to prevent build-up. Store the bit in its original packaging or a protective case when not in use to prevent the tungsten carbide edges from chipping. The bit is compatible with all standard routers accepting the specified shank diameter.
