Non-concussive means the tap operates by simply pushing it, and it stops automatically after a set time, rather than requiring a manual turn-off like a traditional tap.

The time delay is adjustable between 10 and 20 seconds. Refer to the installation guide provided with the product for specific instructions on how to set this.

The Enki Vision Shower Set requires a minimum of 0.3 bar of water pressure to operate efficiently. We recommend 0.5 bar for the best performance.

It is compatible with a wide range of systems including Combination boiler systems, Gravity fed systems, Megaflow systems, Pumped hot water systems, Un-vented hot water systems, and Standard pressurised hot water cylinder systems.

The box contains the time delay shower valve tap, an anti-vandal shower head, and an installation guide. All necessary fittings for installation are included.

While it can be used in domestic settings, its features like non-concussive operation and anti-vandal shower head are most beneficial and commonly found in public or commercial environments where water conservation and durability are key priorities.

Check that the water supply is turned on. Verify that your water system meets the minimum pressure requirement of 0.3 bar (0.5 bar recommended). Ensure all connections are secure and not blocked.

Confirm the time delay mechanism is correctly set within the 10-20 second range. If the issue persists, there may be a fault with the internal valve mechanism; contact customer support.

Ensure your water pressure is at or above the recommended 0.5 bar. Check the shower head and valve for any blockages or limescale buildup. Ensure the 15mm pipe connections are clear.

Ensure the hot and cold water supplies are correctly connected. Check that your water heating system is functioning correctly and providing adequate hot water pressure.
