Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup: As with any performance bicycle, professional assembly is recommended. Ensure the SRAM Apex XPLR AXS drivetrain components are correctly paired and calibrated for optimal wireless shifting. Consult the SRAM AXS app for advanced customization and firmware updates.
Compatibility: The frame is designed for T47 bottom brackets and flat-mount disc brakes. It features UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) for easy replacement. It is compatible with dropper seatposts and suspension forks on most sizes, though size XS is an exception. Ensure any aftermarket accessories, such as racks or bags, are compatible with the frame's mounting standards.
Care: Regularly clean the frame and components with mild soap and water. Pay special attention to the drivetrain and braking surfaces to ensure longevity and performance. Store the bike in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. For the carbon frame and fork, avoid using harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners. Periodically check tire pressure and inspect tires for wear or damage. The wireless electronic components should be kept charged; refer to the SRAM AXS app for battery status.
