Troubleshooting
Ottoman lift mechanism feels stiff or does not open smoothly.
Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the lift. Check that the mattress is positioned correctly and not shifting. Periodically inspect the hydraulic arms for any debris. If the issue persists, consult the assembly manual for adjustments.
Bed frame creaks during use.
This can sometimes occur if the assembly bolts are not fully tightened. Re-check all screws and bolts and tighten them securely. Ensure the mattress is properly seated on the slatted base.
Storage compartment lid doesn't close properly.
Make sure the contents inside the storage area are not protruding and preventing the lid from closing. Check that the mattress is not interfering with the closing mechanism.
