AquaSPArkle Spa Multifunctional 20g Chlorine Tablets are a popular, widely used chlorine sanitiser for spas. The slow eroding nature of these tablets allows them to maintain recommended chlorine levels over a longer period of time compared with chlorine granules. These tablets also contain clarifier helping to achieve crystal clear, sparkling water. Always dose via a Small Floating Chlorine Tablet Dispenser. Key Features: Contain clarifier, 20g Tablet, Ideal Free Chlorine Range: 3 – 5mg/l. Prior to using this product, adjust the pH levels to the ideal range of 7.2 – 7.6 to promote bather comfort, plant protection and effective chemical use. These smaller chlorine tablets are designed for use with chlorine feeders or with floating dispensers. They will slowly erode over a period of 3 - 5 days, depending on the water flowing over them. As they release chlorine relatively slowly it may be necessary to shock dose or oxidise prior to their use to first establish some chlorine more rapidly. Application Instructions: IMPORTANT – DO NOT ADD DIRECTLY TO A SPA AND ALWAYS USE A CLEAN APPLICATOR AS BELOW WITH NO OTHER PRODUCTS PRESENT. Floating Dispenser - Fill the Trichlor floating dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture mechanism at the bottom of the dispenser to obtain the 3–5 mg/l (ppm) desired range. Alternatively keep the dispenser aperture constant and vary the tablets inside to achieve 3–5 mg/l (ppm). The dispenser should be removed from the spa while bathing. Chlorine Feeders - Fill the dispenser and follow feeder instruction manuals on flow regulation to maintain 3–5 mg/l (ppm) chlorine levels. It is recommended that you periodically (e.g. weekly or after heavy spa use) shock dose your spa with AquaSPArkle Spa Fusion to eliminate any excess contamination. A popular traditional 20g chlorine tablet with high chlorine content making it economical and stabilised to minimise chlorine loss.
