Get sharp and get even with the Tormek KJ-140 Centring Knife Jig. It works with both Tormek T-4 and Tormek T-8 machines, as well as older models. Using the KJ-140 you can achieve symmetrical bevels with the same angle on both sides of your knife. This well-balanced jig provides extra stability when sharpening longer knives or those with long, flexible blades such as filleting knives. Restore the blade to its original edge angle or choose the angle you prefer. The jig rests freely onto the Universal Support so you can follow the curve of the blade. The KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig is positioned with t. Centres the knife in the jig to achieve maximum symmetry and thus an optimal result. Centres and fixes tapered blades. Additional stop for high knives, such as kitchen hatchets. By moving between the two stops, a slightly convex cutting edge can be formed. Durable construction: cast zinc clamps, composite stops.
