The Traderight Metal Detector is an ideal companion for hobbyists and treasure seekers who want a reliable, user-friendly device for parks, beaches, and shallow waters. Its core strength lies in its advanced DSP processing and digital target identification, which significantly improves the success rate of finding items while minimizing false signals; however, users should note that while the search coil is fully waterproof, the main control box is not intended for submersion.

No, this is intended for shallow water or surface use. It is not designed for pressure or deep-sea diving conditions.
Use the 01-99 digital ID; research common target ID charts to understand which numbers correspond to common metals like iron, aluminum, or copper.
Yes, the shaft adjusts from 62cm to 132cm, making it suitable for a wide range of heights including younger users.
The kit includes the detector, a carry bag, a shovel, headphones, and the initial set of batteries.
Ensure the coil cable is tightly connected to the control box and check for electromagnetic interference from power lines or nearby electronic devices.
Check the battery power level and replace the old batteries with a fresh, high-quality set.
Verify the search mode settings and ensure the sensitivity is adjusted appropriately for your current search environment.
To begin, attach the coil to the shaft and secure the control box, ensuring all cable connections are tight and waterproofed if applicable. The adjustable shaft allows you to set the length to your height; aim for a position where the coil sits about an inch above the ground when your arm is at a comfortable resting state. After use, wipe down the coil with a damp cloth to remove any sand or salt, and ensure the unit is stored in the provided carry bag to protect the electronics. Always remove the batteries if you plan to store the detector for an extended period to prevent leakage.
