Troubleshooting

Cards are difficult to insert into pockets

Ensure you are using standard-sized Pokémon TCG cards and not sleeves within the pockets unless the sleeves are very thin. Gently slide the card into the pocket, aligning its edges.

Pages are tearing or showing wear

Handle the pages with care, avoiding excessive force when inserting or removing cards. Store the binder flat or upright, not under heavy objects.

Binder cover is dirty

Wipe the cover gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before closing or storing.

Booster packs contain duplicate common cards

This is normal as booster packs contain random assortments. Focus on the rarity of cards pulled for your collection's value and strength.

To clean the binder cover, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
When handling pages, do so gently to prevent tearing.
