FAQs

How often should I replace the soother?

Replace the soother every 1-2 months, or sooner if there are any signs of damage.

Can I sterilize the soothers in a microwave?

Yes, but ensure you follow the instructions for your specific microwave sterilizer.

Are these soothers suitable for premature babies?

These soothers are designed for babies aged 0-6 months; however, consult with your pediatrician for premature babies.

How do I clean the soother's glow-in-the-dark component?

Clean it with warm water and soap, just like the rest of the soother. Avoid harsh chemicals.

What material are the soothers made of?

The soothers are made of silicone.

How do I know if the soother is the right size for my baby?

These soothers are specifically designed for babies aged 0-6 months. Pay attention to signs of wear and tear.

Troubleshooting

Soother is damaged or torn.

Discard the soother immediately and replace it with a new one.

Baby doesn't accept the soother.

Try different shapes or materials, as babies have preferences. If the baby continues to reject it, it may not be the right choice.

Glow-in-the-dark feature is not working.

Expose the soother to a light source for a few seconds to 'charge' it. The glow-in-the-dark effect will then be visible in the dark.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before First Use: Sterilize the soothers before the first use. This can be done by boiling them in water for 5 minutes, using a steam sterilizer, or following the manufacturer's instructions for your sterilizer.
Cleaning: Wash the soothers regularly with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. You can also sterilize them daily for hygiene. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Compatibility: These soothers are designed for babies aged 0-6 months. Always check for any signs of wear and tear, and replace the soother at the first sign of damage.
Care: Always inspect the soother before each use. Pull the teat in all directions. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Do not leave the soother in direct sunlight or heat, or leave in disinfectant ('sterilizing solution') for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
