A cam action door closer in a compact surface-fixed unit. Designed by Briton for exceptional ease of use, it reduces the resistance encountered when opening the door and allows users to overcome the closing power without any problems - perfect for areas used by children or the elderly. Features a slide channel door closer with adjustable power size 2-4, suitable for doors up to 1100mm and 80kg. Certified in door mount and transom mount push/pull applications. Can be applied on the pull side (door mount) or push side (transom mount). Offers adjustable closing speed and FAST power adjustment, with backcheck to prevent damage to the door and frame. Includes a unique self-adhesive ‘Accufit' installation template and in-built temperature compensation for reliability. Fire-rated to 2 hours on timber doors and meets BS8300 for use on accessible routes. Comes with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee (T & Cs apply). Ideal for use on FD120 timber fire-rated doors, this overhead door closer by Briton automatically closes doors for fire resistance and convenience. Tested to EN 1154, it can be used with doors weighing up to 80kg.
