Troubleshooting
Divan base is wobbly
Ensure all legs or gliders are fully and securely tightened. Check that the base is on a level surface.
Mattress feels uneven
As the mattress is single-sided, it needs to be turned regularly. Follow the care instructions for turning frequency. Ensure it's placed correctly on the platform-top base.
Headboard is loose
Check the bolts securing the headboard to the divan base and tighten them as needed.
Fabric appears creased
Gently steam the fabric on a low setting, or use a handheld steamer from a distance. Avoid direct, prolonged heat. For stubborn creases, try gently stretching the fabric.
