Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This tool requires no assembly. It is ready for immediate use upon purchase.
Compatibility: The wrecking bar is a universal tool designed for mechanical leverage and demolition. It is compatible with a wide range of materials including wood, plaster, concrete, and metal where prying or demolition is required.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the bar with a dry or damp cloth to remove dirt, dust, and debris. For stubborn residue, a mild detergent can be used, followed by thorough drying.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the bar for any signs of damage, such as excessive wear, bending, or cracks. Discontinue use if significant damage is found.
- Storage: Store the wrecking bar in a dry place, away from moisture, to prevent rust. Ensure it is stored safely to avoid accidental injury, ideally in a tool chest or a designated storage area.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a light coat of oil to the metal surface to further protect against rust, especially if stored in a humid environment.
