Daktarin 2% Cream is for fungal and associated bacterial infections of the skin and nails. Contains the active ingredient Miconazole Nitrate 2% w/w. Daktarin 2% Cream with the active ingredient Miconazole is effective in the treatment of fungal infections of the skin and nails, such as athletes foot, dhobie itch (Jock Itch) and infected nappy rash. Daktarin Cream is used to treat infections of the skin which may appear on the hands, feet, outer ear, trunk, groin or scalp. Daktarin Cream works by destroying the fungus that causes the infection and some of the bacteria which may also be present.
