Scotch H180 Packaging Tape Dispenser - 3M

The dispenser comes with two rolls of Scotch General Purpose Packaging Tape, suitable for light-weight packages.

Each roll of tape has a length of 66000 mm.

The dispenser is designed for 50 mm width tape. While other brands may fit, performance is optimized with Scotch brand tapes.

This dispenser and its included tape are best suited for light-weight packages. For heavier items, consider heavy-duty packaging tape and dispensers.

Open the tape holder, insert the new roll with the adhesive side facing out, thread the tape under the pressure roller, pull a small amount of tape forward, and close the holder.

The dispenser has a width of 255 mm and a height of 65 mm.

Ensure the tape is properly threaded under the roller and that the cutting edge is clean. If residue is present, gently clean it with a dry cloth. The tape roll might be nearing its end, or a different tape width/thickness could be affecting the cut.

Check that the tape roll is correctly seated and that the dispenser's housing is securely closed. Ensure no parts are broken or damaged.

Verify that the adhesive side of the tape is facing the correct direction during loading. Ensure the surface being taped is clean and dry. If the tape is old, the adhesive may have degraded.
