CushCore Pro allows you to push the limits of your tyres and suspension to new levels. The best choice for most wheels, terrain and riders.Tyre Widths - 2.1"-2.6"Inner Rim Width - 22mm-35mmWeight - 250g (27.5") / 260g (29")Includes 1 x CushCore tyre insert, 1 x 44mm CushCore green Presta air valve and 2 x rim stickers. CushCore is an engineered foam insert to be mounted inside a tire, designed to absorb impacts, reduce vibration and increase lateral stability. These characteristics translate to a more controlled, comfortable, and faster ride. The system is designed to be used with tubeless-ready or tubeless converted rims and tires, and is compatible with tubeless tire sealants. A specially designed tubeless air valve is included with each insert; allowing air to move through the valve without becoming obstructed by the insert. The insert divides the inner volume of the tire in half, maintaining air underneath the tread and the foam insert next to the rim. SPECS: 27.5: Fits tire widths 2.1 - 2.6″ and rims with internal width 22 - 35mm 27.5+: Fits tire widths 2.6 - 3.0″ and rims with internal width 32 - 45mm 29: Fits tire widths 2.1 - 2.6″ and rims with internal width 22 - 35mm 29+: Fits tire widths 2.6 - 3.0″ and rims with internal width 32 - 45mm MX: Mixed set contains one 29 and 27.5" insert. TOTAL CONFIDENCE: Unparalleled rim and tire protection allows for a more aggressive ride without fear of flats or rim damage— bomb down the trail with confidence. Includes single 29 inch replacement insert, 44mm green air valve, and 2 rim stickers. INCREDIBLE RIDE QUALITY: This inner-tire suspension system provides superior shock absorption and vibration attenuation. Provides a smoother ride with less impact fatigue from riding over rocks, roots, and harsh riding conditions. RIM & TIRE PROTECTION: Want the traction of low PSI but the protection of high PSI? CushCore foam inserts dissipate impact energy before it reaches the suspension. This prevents tires from bottoming out, reducing the danger of rim damage and flats. IMPROVED TRACTION & CORNERING: CushCore increases sidewall stiffness by 35% and reduces tire roll by 25%, resulting in faster cornering, more traction, and consistent feel. The additional lateral stability means more control around corners. AT-HOME INSTALLATION: With our included instructions, how-to videos on our website, and a little practice, you’ll be back on the trail with CushCore pushing the limits of your ride.
