KATSU Surface Planer - 1850W - 330mm

The KATSU Surface Planer is suitable for a wide range of wood types commonly used in woodworking projects.

Refer to the user manual for instructions on adjusting the planing depth. It usually involves turning a knob or lever to control the blade's position.

Blade life depends on usage and the type of wood. Inspect the blades regularly for damage or dullness and replace them when necessary.

This planer is primarily designed for surface planing. Edge planing may be possible but requires careful setup and technique.

Always wear safety glasses and ear protection. Ensure the workpiece is securely supported. Never reach into the planer while it's running.

Unplug the planer from the power source before cleaning. Use a brush or vacuum to remove sawdust. Wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth if needed.

Check the power cord and ensure it is securely connected to a working outlet. Also, check the circuit breaker.

Check the blades for damage or dullness and replace if necessary. Ensure the workpiece is supported evenly during planing.

Ensure the planer is placed on a stable surface. Check the blades and mounting hardware for tightness.

Allow the planer to cool down. Do not overwork the planer, and ensure proper ventilation around the motor.
