Troubleshooting
Ball not holding air
Check the inflation needle and valve for any debris or damage. Ensure the needle is properly inserted. If the problem persists, contact the retailer for a replacement.
Reduced grip after use
Clean the ball's surface with a damp cloth to remove dirt and oils. Ensure the ball is completely dry before use. The 'wave' emboss pattern is designed for long-lasting grip.
Ball feels too soft or squishy
The ball may be underinflated. Use a pump to inflate it to the recommended pressure. Consult the packaging for specific inflation guidelines.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Mitre Intercept Netball typically arrives inflated or partially inflated. If underinflated, use a standard ball pump with a suitable needle to reach the recommended pressure. Avoid over-inflation, which can distort the ball's shape and affect performance.
Compatibility: This netball is compatible with standard netball rules and regulations for match play in club and school settings. It is designed for use on grass, indoor courts, and artificial surfaces.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the ball clean with a damp cloth after use. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the surface and grip.
- Storage: Store the netball in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If using the bulk pack, utilize the provided ball bag to keep it protected and organized.
- Inflation: Check inflation levels periodically and re-inflate as needed to maintain optimal performance. Use a pressure gauge for accuracy if available.
