FAQs
Is this tree safe for pets?
The tree is made of synthetic materials. While not toxic in the way some live plants are, it should not be chewed on by pets as small parts could be a choking hazard.
Can I put this tree outdoors?
This tree is designed for interior use. Harsh weather conditions, UV rays, and moisture may damage the materials and reduce its lifespan if left outside.
Does it require assembly?
The tree comes largely pre-assembled; you only need to arrange the branches and leaves once it is in its final position.
How do I make it look more realistic?
Take time to 'fluff' the branches by bending them at different angles to mimic natural growth, and ensure the leaves are pointing in various directions.
Can I change the pot?
Yes, you can place the existing base inside a larger decorative planter to better suit your decor preferences.
What is the total height of the tree?
The tree stands at approximately 180cm tall.
Troubleshooting
The tree looks sparse or flat upon unboxing.
Gently manipulate and bend the branches and individually adjust the leaves to expand the foliage volume.
The tree wobbles on the floor.
Ensure the surface is level and consider placing the base inside a larger, weighted decorative pot for added stability.
Dust accumulation on leaves.
Wipe the leaves gently with a slightly damp cloth or use a soft brush to remove dust build-up.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the tree is straightforward: simply remove it from the packaging and place it in your desired location. Since it is delivered in a sturdy pot, you may choose to place the base inside a larger, decorative planter to match your interior style. To care for the tree, keep it away from direct, harsh sunlight to prevent potential color fading over long periods. Dust the leaves periodically with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster to keep the vibrant green texture looking fresh. Ensure the base is placed on a level surface to prevent the tree from leaning.
