Ensure the touch-sensitive area of the index finger is clean and dry. Wipe the screen gently. Note that very dirty screens or certain screen protectors might reduce sensitivity.

Ensure the gloves are fully air-dried away from heat. Flex your hands while wearing them to help restore suppleness. Avoid machine drying.

Check that the knitted elastic cuff is snug against the wrist and that there are no tears in the glove material. Ensure the cuff is properly positioned over or under sleeves depending on your preference for sealing.
