The Silky Dance Plain Knee Pads are designed for adult dancers and fitness enthusiasts who require reliable joint protection during floorwork and high-impact movement. By integrating a specialized double silicone band system, these pads offer the key benefit of staying securely in place without constant adjustment, though users should note that the nude fabric requires regular maintenance to keep the aesthetic clean.

Yes, their discreet, plain design and secure fit make them suitable for both rehearsals and professional performances.
The low-profile design allows them to fit under most standard jeans, though they are optimized for dancewear.
The Large size is designed for adult dancers. Ensure the pads provide a snug but comfortable fit that does not restrict circulation.
Most users tolerate the silicone well, but if you have sensitive skin, monitor the area for any signs of friction or allergic reaction.
We strongly recommend hand washing to protect the longevity of the silicone grip and the elasticity of the padding.
Ensure the silicone bands are in direct contact with your skin or smooth leggings; remove any lotions or oils from your legs before putting the pads on.
Hand wash the pads and air dry them completely to allow the fibers to regain their original shape.
To ensure the best performance, place the pads with the silicone bands directly against your skin or over thin leggings. Pull them up until the cushioning centers perfectly over your kneecap. For care, it is recommended to hand wash these pads in cool water using a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as the heat can degrade the silicone grip and compromise the elastic integrity of the fabric. Lay them flat to air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material strength.
