This guide is for woodworkers and DIY enthusiasts looking to get the most out of their Milwaukee 190mm Circular Saw Blade. However, optimal performance depends on using the correct blade for the material and maintaining it properly.

This blade is suitable for cutting softwoods, hardwoods, plywood, laminated chipboard, melamine, and MDF.
Replace the blade when you notice chipped teeth, dullness, or difficulty in making clean cuts. Also, if there is any damage like bends.
This blade is designed for wood cutting. Using it on other materials may damage the blade or cause injury. It is not recommended.
Use a soft cloth to remove resin and wood particles after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the blade's coating.
The PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating reduces friction, which enables cooler and faster cuts while preventing resin build-up, and protects against corrosion.
The laser-cut vibration slots are filled with polyurethane and act as shock absorbers, isolating the teeth from vibration for increased accuracy and reducing noise.
ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) tooth form means that the teeth alternate in angle. This design is ideal for clean crosscuts and rip cuts in wood.
Check the blade alignment and ensure the saw is level. Reduce the cutting speed or try a blade with fewer teeth for thicker materials.
Ensure the blade is sharp and the correct type for the material. Check the cutting speed and feed rate.
Check if the blade is properly mounted, or the saw is damaged, and inspect the blade for any damage.
Verify the blade diameter and arbor size match the saw specifications.
Check the blade sharpness, feed rate, and motor power. Ensure you are using the correct blade type for the material.
