To begin, ensure you have a clean, flat surface for cutting your fabric according to the included patterns. Verify your measurements against the Simplicity size chart provided in the pattern pack before cutting into your fabric, as handmade sizing may differ from commercial retail sizes. For care, store your pattern pieces in a cool, dry place inside their original envelope to keep them flat and prevent tearing. If pieces become wrinkled, use a dry, low-heat iron to smooth them out before pinning to your fabric.
