This full-face fly mask protects donkeys from both insects and sunlight, blocking over 70% of the sun's rays. It features soft padding at the brow and noseband to prevent rubbing. Strategically placed darts ensure the mask stays clear of the donkey's eyes and eyelashes. The mask includes a detachable nose piece and soft stretch binding to prevent flies and insects from getting underneath. Designed in the UK, this mask is based on the popular Equilibrium Field Relief Max horse fly mask but is specially designed for donkeys. The fit covers the ears, eyes, and nose, with an adjustable and removable nose piece. Elasticated adjustable fastenings under the cheeks ensure a perfect fit and prevent insects from entering. The mask uses two types of mesh: a rigid central panel for structure and super-soft, elasticated mesh for the rest of the mask to maximize comfort and fit a variety of face shapes. The mesh provides an effective barrier against midges, mosquitoes, and flies, while also offering sun protection. The mask is designed for durability and long-lasting use, often lasting several seasons, and comes with a one-year guarantee. It is easy to care for and use. The main mask fabric and nose flap are made of Textilene 80 (80% PVC / 20% Polyester mesh), which reduces heat transfer and solar glare, is fade-resistant, and blocks 80% of the sun's rays. The soft mesh around the ears, cheeks, and jaw is 100% polyester, complemented by soft elastic binding, hook and loop fastenings, and poly/cotton covered foam padding.
