This product is intended for hands and body. While it is gentle, it is not specifically formulated for facial use, and it's recommended to use a cleanser designed for the face.

It can be used daily, as needed, for cleansing hands and body.

The wash provides a pleasant aroma during and immediately after use. It is not designed to be a long-lasting fragrance on the skin.

Typically, unopened products have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Once opened, it is best to use within 12 months for optimal freshness and efficacy. Check for a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.

Ensure the pump is fully screwed onto the bottle. Prime the pump by pressing it down repeatedly. If clogged, rinse the nozzle under warm water.

While moisturizing, very dry skin types might benefit from an additional moisturizer. Ensure you are rinsing thoroughly.

This can sometimes happen if the product has been exposed to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. Ensure proper storage. If concerned, discontinue use.
