The mat is made from 100% natural rubber.

This mat is designed and best suited for outdoor use due to its scraping function and material properties for weather resistance.

It is not recommended to cut the mat, as this can compromise the integrity of the moulded rubber and its scraping edges.

Regularly shaking the mat is recommended to remove loose debris. A deeper clean with a hose can be done as needed, perhaps seasonally or after heavy periods of use.

The mat is designed for all-year-round outdoor use and is resistant to various weather conditions, including sun exposure. However, prolonged extreme UV exposure over many years may eventually affect the material.

Unroll the mat and leave it in direct sunlight for a few hours. The warmth should help it relax and lie flat. You can also try placing weights on the corners.

Ensure the mat is positioned correctly and has good contact with the ground. The raised ring pattern works best when shoes are scraped across it. Consider a more vigorous scraping motion by users.

While designed for outdoor use, ensure the ground beneath the mat has adequate drainage. Periodically lifting and airing the mat can also help.

If scrubbing with a brush and hose doesn't remove ingrained dirt, allow the mat to dry fully. Often, dirt appears more visible when wet. For very stubborn marks, a mild detergent can be used sparingly, followed by a thorough rinse.
