FAQs

How many people does this table seat?

It comfortably seats four people when retracted and up to six people when fully extended.

Is the marble effect on every table identical?

No. Due to the natural manufacturing characteristics of the ceramic, the marble effect is unique to each individual table.

Can I place hot cookware directly on the ceramic surface?

Yes, the ceramic top is heat-resistant, making it highly durable for serving dishes.

Does the table come with chairs?

No, the product consists of the dining table only.

How do I maintain the ceramic top?

Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive materials to maintain the original luster.

How difficult is the assembly process?

Assembly requires basic tools and is recommended for two people due to the weight of the components.

Troubleshooting

The table surface feels wobbly after assembly

Ensure all bolts at the pedestal connection points are fully tightened. Check that the floor is level and adjust the leveling feet located on the base if applicable.

The butterfly mechanism feels stiff or sticks when opening

Ensure the table is on a level surface. Check underneath to ensure no packaging materials or debris are caught in the tracking rails and lightly wipe the tracks with a dry cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Assembly is required for this product. We recommend using a soft surface, such as a rug or the shipping cardboard, to protect the ceramic top during installation. Because of the weight of the ceramic and base, assembly is best completed by two people.

Compatibility:

Works best with medium-to-high profile dining chairs.
Fits well in medium-sized dining rooms or open-concept living spaces.

Care Instructions:

Clean with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap.
Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or steel wool pads, as they may dull the ceramic finish.
While the top is scratch-resistant, using placemats or coasters can further preserve the finish over many years of heavy use.
