Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and free from any debris.
- Measure and cut the panel to the required dimensions using a fine-toothed saw or jigsaw suitable for PVC.
- Apply a high-quality, waterproof PVC adhesive evenly to the back of the panel or the wall surface, following the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
- Press the panel firmly into place, ensuring a secure fit.
- Use panel trims or sealants as needed to finish edges and joints for a watertight seal.
Compatibility:
The BRITWALL panel is compatible with most standard bathroom wall substrates, including plasterboard, existing tiles (if smooth and well-adhered), and concrete. It is designed for use in shower cubicles, around bathtubs, and as wall cladding in bathrooms and wet rooms.
Care:
Clean the panel regularly with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or solvents, as these can damage the matte finish. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
