You can use aluminium, copper, cast iron, and non-magnetic stainless steel cookware. Ensure the cookware has a flat base and is suitable for high heat.

Allow the hot plate to cool completely. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners.

The VonShef Double Hot Plate comes with a 2-year warranty.

While the hot plate is portable, it should only be used in a dry, sheltered environment. Avoid exposing it to rain or excessive moisture.

Use the temperature control knobs on the front of the unit to adjust the heat setting for each cooking zone. There are five heat settings.

While the hot plate is versatile, very large pots may not fit comfortably. Ensure the cookware base is fully supported on the heating element.

Check that the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and that the outlet is working. Also, verify that the hot plate's power switch is in the 'on' position.

Ensure that the cookware has a flat base and makes full contact with the heating element. Check for any debris on the heating element that could be causing uneven heating. If the problem persists, try using a different pan.

Make sure you've selected the correct heat setting for the desired cooking temperature. Also, ensure that the power outlet is supplying adequate voltage.
