The HOMCOM Folding Extendable Dining Table in grey is an ideal solution for residents of compact apartments, small kitchens, or studio spaces who need a versatile eating surface. It provides the key benefit of transforming from a 70cm square table for daily meals into a 140cm table for entertaining guests, though users should be aware that the folding mechanism requires manual operation and clear space to extend safely.

The table extends to a total length of 140cm.
The storage is primarily designed for smaller tableware like napkins, placemats, and flatware.
Yes, you can extend one leaf to use it against a wall or keep both closed for a compact square profile.
No, assembly is required. All necessary parts and instructions are included in the box.
Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild soap solution. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning.
The grey wood effect is designed with a matte, textured finish to mimic the look of natural wood.
Check the steel rails for dust or debris and wipe them clean with a dry cloth; ensure the table is on level ground.
Ensure all structural bolts are fully tightened and check that the felt pads are evenly positioned on the floor.
Wipe immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid leaving standing water on the joints of the table.
Assembly of the unit is required upon arrival. Ensure you have a clear area and a screwdriver to assemble the frame and base. Because of the melamine coating, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as these can dull the wood-effect finish. Simply use a soft cloth with mild soapy water. Periodically check the steel rails to ensure no debris has accumulated, and wipe them clean with a dry cloth to maintain smooth sliding action. For long-term care, ensure heavy objects are centered on the table rather than placed on the folding leaves.
