Troubleshooting

Rig pins keep falling out of the foam

Ensure you are pushing the pins straight down into the high-density foam; avoid inserting them at an angle which can widen the foam holes over time.

Box does not close flush

Check that your rigs are laid flat and not overlapping on the magnetic sealing edge, as even minor line obstructions can interfere with the magnets.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High capacity storage for over 190 total components
Secure magnetic closure keeps contents safe
Includes 50 high-quality rig pins
Compact form factor fits easily in carryalls

Cons

Fixed internal layout limits custom storage options
Requires manual pinning for every rig
Larger size might not fit in small tackle pouches

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your box, simply push your rig swivels or loops over the provided pins and press them into the high-density foam. For zig rigs, wind the line evenly around the EVA discs and pin the end to prevent unravelling.

Compatibility: This box is compatible with standard carp rig pins and fits neatly into most medium-to-large tackle carryalls.

Care Instructions:

Ensure your rigs are dry before storing them in the foam to prevent corrosion of hooks or swivels.
Periodically wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove mud or debris.
Keep the magnetic strips clear of metal grit to maintain a strong, firm seal.
