Ensure the paper is loaded with the thermal-sensitive side facing the print head. Try flipping the roll over.
Clean the thermal print head with a dedicated cleaning pen or a lint-free cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol to remove residue.
Check the roll alignment on the spindle and ensure there is no adhesive residue from the warning strip stuck in the path.
To install, ensure your thermal printer is turned off, open the printer cover, and slide the roll onto the spindle. Feed the edge of the paper into the printer slot until the thermal print head detects it. For optimal performance, store these rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as exposure to high heat or UV light will cause the thermal paper to darken or fade, rendering receipts unreadable. Always check your printer's technical manual to ensure it supports the 57mm width and a 12mm core diameter before purchase.
