Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wipe the interior chamber and the non-stick bread pan with a damp cloth to remove any manufacturing residue. Ensure the kneading paddle is securely seated on the shaft before adding ingredients. For optimal results, always add liquids first, followed by dry ingredients, and finally the yeast.
Care instructions include:
- Pan Maintenance: Always hand wash the non-stick pan and kneading paddle with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to preserve the coating; avoid metal utensils which can scratch the surface.
- Exterior Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior casing. Never submerge the main housing in water.
- Storage: Store in a dry, cool area, ensuring the lid remains closed to prevent dust accumulation inside the baking chamber.
