Yes, it is suitable for light food preparation like slicing fruit for cocktails, though glass can dull knife blades more quickly than wood.
Hand-washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the silicone feet and the printed design.
The glass is designed to withstand temperatures up to 250°C.
Each piece is hand-pressed, packaged, and shipped from the Purely Home production facility in the UK.
No, the inks used in the hand-pressing process are specifically chosen to be fade-resistant.
Ensure all four silicone feet are present and that the countertop surface is clean and dry before placement.
Wipe with a clean, damp microfiber cloth and a mild glass cleaner to restore shine and clarity.
To begin using your protector, simply place it on a flat, dry surface. Ensure the four silicone feet are correctly positioned at the bottom to maintain balance and prevent sliding. For care, use a damp cloth and mild dish soap to wipe the surface clean after each use. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to keep the surface scratch-free. While the board is heat-resistant, do not use it in an oven or microwave. It is best suited for ambient temperatures and direct heat from serving dishes rather than open flame contact.
