The Critter Nesting Dolls by Ferm Living are designed for parents and design enthusiasts who appreciate a blend of traditional play and modern Scandinavian aesthetics. These charming wooden animals offer a significant benefit by doubling as both an engaging educational toy for developing fine motor skills and a sophisticated decorative accent for a nursery or living room shelf. A key caveat to note is that because these dolls are crafted from FSC-certified Schima Superba wood and involve small parts that fit inside one another, they should be used under adult supervision for younger children to prevent potential choking hazards.

They are crafted from FSC-certified Schima Superba wood.
There are five individual dolls included in the set.
Due to the size and the nature of nesting dolls, they are best suited for children who no longer put small objects in their mouths.
The set has a height of 14 cm and a diameter of 6.4 cm.
Wipe them clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning chemicals.
No, they are intended for indoor use only to prevent damage from moisture and sunlight.
Check for changes in humidity, as wood can expand. Store in a cool, dry place and try gently twisting rather than pulling.
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to lightly buff the area. Avoid abrasive materials.
There is no complex setup required for the Critter Nesting Dolls; simply unbox and ensure all five pieces are accounted for. To maintain the quality of the wood and the paint, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or submerging the dolls in water, as moisture can cause the wood to expand and prevent the pieces from nesting correctly. If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Ensure they are kept in a dry area to prevent the wood from warping over time.
