Stoneware items can sometimes have slight variations in color due to the firing process. The green colorway is intended, but minor natural variations may occur.
Ensure the surface it is placed on is perfectly level. Minor imperfections in the base are inherent to handmade stoneware.
This may be due to residue from items placed inside or from washing. Wash gently with mild soap and water. For stubborn marks, a baking soda paste can be carefully applied and rinsed.
This indicates potential impact or stress. Discontinue use if cracks compromise the dish's integrity. Minor chips on the base may not affect usability but should be handled with care.
