Troubleshooting

Doll hair becomes frizzy or tangled

Gently brush the hair starting from the tips and working your way up to the scalp. Use a small amount of water or fabric softener mixed with water to help smooth out stubborn tangles.

Joints feel stiff after bath play

Ensure the doll is completely dry. Move the limbs gently through their full range of motion to clear any lingering water or debris from the hinge areas.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin playing, simply remove the packaging and dress Carla in her provided outfit. There is no complex assembly required. As a 43cm doll, Carla is compatible with the entire BABY born ecosystem; any clothing, shoes, or gear sized for 43cm dolls will fit her perfectly.

Regarding care: after bath time, ensure the doll is thoroughly drained and wiped dry to prevent moisture from staying trapped in the internal joints. The hair should be brushed from the ends toward the roots to prevent knotting. If the hair gets very tangled, avoid using harsh heat sources like hair dryers, as these can damage the synthetic fibers.
